1. Understanding

In this section, we aim to provide a solid foundation in AI, its various types, and its practical application in various sectors. This section will encompass:

Introduction to AI and Machine Learning
Overview of the different types of AI
Discussion on the latest trends in AI (e.g., Generative AI)
Review of AI use cases in your sectors of focus (e.g., health, banking, telecom..)
Guide on selecting an AI project and evaluating an AI idea based on factors such as business ROI, feasibility, data readiness

2. Applying

In the second part of our workshop, we dive into practical AI application.

Participants will form diverse teams for a collaborative and dynamic brainstorming session. They'll be introduced to the AI Idea Canvas, a structured tool for developing AI use-cases.
Our facilitators will guide each team in creating solid, business-focused AI ideas, using the Canvas to structure these concepts. Teams will then conceive 3-4 use-cases, select the most promising one, and detail it on the Canvas.
Following this, they'll present their AI concept to their peers for feedback, refining their ideas with insights from the facilitator.

This interactive session aims to not only educate on AI's possibilities but also to engage participants in applying this knowledge, fostering actionable, relevant ideas for their business domains.

3. Engagement

In the concluding section, all groups will regroup for a comprehensive review.

Facilitators will present a summary of the ideas from each group, with Omar providing his expert feedback.
Following this, the AI Propel team will share a tailored set of recommendations, forming a 'roadmap' based on the generated ideas and an assessment of the organization's current technical capabilities.
These recommendations will cover top use cases to initiate, strategies for building AI teams or considering outsourcing options, and a phased approach for AI adoption — from early experiments to company-wide scaling. Additionally, they'll highlight potential pitfalls and key considerations.
An open Q&A session will follow, allowing attendees to address any queries with Omar and the team.
